Situated adjacent to the Isle of Wight Coastal path and open daily from breakfast time The Clifton is a very popular venue for residents, visitors and locals alike who love to just relax in an informal atmosphere enjoying some quality time and good food and drink together in a stunning coastal location in Shanklin. We have been awarded a maximum Food Hygiene Rating of 5. And are proud owners of a converted Visit England Breakfast Award
The menu features a wide range of refreshments including freshly made coffees and various Dorset Teas, the superb choice of wines is complemented by traditional ciders and Isle of Wight beers in addition to freshly prepared food from our Cafe Menu: sandwiches, light snacks, delicious cream teas and tasty dishes using local produce wherever possible. During the warmer months, we also serve in our multi-award-winning garden, with evening barbecues when the weather allows.
The food is simple but bold, familiar yet new. Relax through the day as you casually pick and choose creations from our menu. You set the tempo, long and lasting or fast and snappy.

Omelette – choose up to two fillings from ham, cheese, tomato, mushrooms or spring onions
Eggs with Toast – choose to have your eggs either fried, scrambled or poached (v)
