FOR HALF BOARD PRICES ADD £17.00 pp per night

All rooms per person per night based on two persons sharing double room or single person in single room. Double/twin room with single occupancy charged at 75% of two person rate. 10% discount on any bookng of 5 nights or more per room. The Clifton does not accommodate any pets. Family rooms can accommodate four persons in a double bed and bunk beds for children aged 6 - 15yrs. The Clifton does not accept children under 6yrs old.

Seasons:
LOW - March 1st to May 13th and October 7th to November 11th.
MID - May 14th to July 12th and September 2nd to October 6th.
HIGH - July 13th to September 1st and Easter (April 6th-9th).

Some Special Dates will be a higher tariff than abovr. i.e. August Bank Holiday and I.O.W. Festival

Terms: Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival there is a charge of £20.00 per room. If you cancel a guaranteed room less than 48 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for 1 nights accommodation per room. Cancellation on the day of arrival you will be charged 100% of booking. We recommend you consider taking holiday insurance in case you have to cancel your holiday due to unforseen circumstances.
